i won't comment because (i verified) that lucidabrightmathsymbol.ttf and
lucidanewmathitalic.ttf are illegal copies (if created on someones
machine from the typeone its all up to tha

For me, \setupTABLE [c] [1] [width=3cm] fixes the width of column 1 and forces
long text to wrap.
I'm not sure what your \textwidth comment relates to because \setupTABLE [c]

lines in the PDF annotation
Actually it works if I comment out "\setupindenting" (or with a manual
`\indentation`).
But then, no indentation on the rest of the document :(
